Your responsibilites
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with external asset managers (EAMs), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to attract investments and liquidity to our platform.
Your expertise, industry knowledge, and relationships will play a critical role in expanding our investor base, increasing assets under management, and achieving our growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract independent asset managers, family offices and HNWI for our fixed income (Private Debt Bonds) and structured investments products.
- Leverage your existing client base and industry relations and identify potential EAMs, family offices and HNWI to lead investments on the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the investment community, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Present and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our DLT-based debt securities and fixed income products, highlighting their benefits, such as attractive returns, enhanced transparency, security, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and anticipate investor needs.
- Lead negotiations and drive the investment closing process.
- Provide ongoing support and engagement to partners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Continuously track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
